    Our Cabinetry Services Process

    We take care of our clients and their needs during the process and are available to answer any questions after the project is completed.

    1. A Consistent, Prompt Schedule

    Our team will arrive punctually each morning, and will stay until the workday is complete. Weather permitting, we will be back every day until your project is finished – no sporadic scheduling or unpredictable stops and starts unless absolutely necessary.

    Detailed Explanation of Processes

    Cabinet jobs can be invasive, especially in the kitchen. Often we must booth the entire area and cut off access from drawers and doors for multiple days. We will walk you through exactly what we are doing and how long it will take so there are no surprises along the way.

    Respect for Your Area

    We often need to remove contents from drawers and walls to perform our work but we treat your stings as if they were our own and communicate with you on where your things should go for the duration of the project.

    Thorough Surface Preparation

    The difference between a disappointing paint job and one that endures (and looks beautiful) is found in surface preparation. These absolutely essential steps may include:

    • Surface cleaning [oils]
    • Sanding and Scraping
    • Hardware removal
    • Removing old, brittle paint
    • Puttying imperfections

    Priming

    Primer is essentially the foundation that your paint is built on, allowing for secure adhesion, coverage of any repairs or blemishes, and durability. We use only high-quality products that we know from experience will perform as they need to, maximizing the value and benefits for your home.

    Painting

    The main part of any cabinet job is the coating application process. Depending on the plan of action for the specific job we may be applying paint by hand or spray via a booth, either way we will keep you updated about potential odors and dry times.

    Daily Clean-Up

    Our day is not considered complete until we have thoroughly cleaned and tidied the area where we worked, removing all equipment, coverings, tools, etc… this also helps us begin our next work day with a clean fresh start.

    Final Walk-through

    Every step and stage of the process will be directly overseen by an on-site Crew Leader. When your project is complete, a Foreman will complete a walk-through with you, at your convenience, just to ensure that the work was completed to your standards (and ours too).

    Touch ups

    Touch ups are performed on the final walkthrough and all extra paint is left labeled onsite for future touch up or repairs.
